Plum and Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Refreshing chewy Plum and Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie brightens up my morning. I woke up early this morning at 5am something as I’ve decided to lose some weights. Oh, I went to a field near my house and exercised for half an hour! It’s unbelievable right? Everyone thinks that I will not have persistence to continue it, NO I Can and I WILL! I’m not very fat actually (41.7kg) but I think I need to do some exercises for better health. I’ve plan a 10 days weight loss diet for myself. This smoothie was created by me and it’s my first time to make it. Surprisingly, it’s drinkable.

How to make Plum and Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

¼ Ripe Pineapple
2 Plums
1 teaspoon of Honey
½ cup Natural Yogurt
½ cup Water

Method:

Cut and wash the pineapple (cut it into small pieces). You need only 1/4 of a pineapple. Cut the Plums into small pieces too (remove the seed). Blend everything in a blender and you get about 500ml Plum and Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie. It smells good, juicy and a little bit chewy because of the pineapple flesh. Try it at home and tell me how you feel!
