Oh no! I woke up late today, and I felt super hungry, but I exercised for half an hour anyway by running up and down the stairs. Next, my breakfast! I like neither heavy breakfast nor two slices of bread. I love fruits and yogurt! Hmm… what to eat? I have papaya, pineapple and tomatoes in my fridge; let’s just mix them and make a cup of flavourful Papaya Tomato Yogurt Smoothie. Rich in vitamin A, B, C, minerals, sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and zinc, Papaya flesh containing enzyme that helps digestion and prevent constipation if consume regularly.
How to make Papaya Tomato Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients:
150g Papaya
50g Pineapple
1 small tomato (about 50g)
1 teaspoon of Honey
½ cup Natural Yogurt and ½ cup Water
Method:
Cut Papaya, Pineapple and tomato into small pieces and blend all in a blender until smooth. You’ll get about 500ml of Papaya Tomato Yogurt Smoothie. This smoothie put a smile on my face because it is not too sweet, light and flavourful. It’s good for anti-ageing too.
