How to contact Groupon Customer Service: Groupon Warranty

Is it safe to buy on Groupon?” A question that I had asked a friend of mine before I started buying things from Groupon. So far, I have bought four products from Groupon: Joylife Electronic Kitchen Scale, Tempered Glass Digital Weighing Scale, Wireless Eye Massager and Digital Body Composition Scale. I like to shop on Groupon because Groupon has many good deals. I bought everything cheaply.

Few days ago, I was quite disappointed because I received a faulty product from Groupon, a Digital Body Composition Scale. I actually understand that it was not Groupon’s fault as Groupon is just an online marketplace for many businesses. At first, I thought it would be difficult to make the claim after I read the procedures.

1. Fill in the contact form ( under “Product/Deliveries”.
2. Upon processing, a mailing address and reference number will be provided.
3. Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to Groupon Malaysia, Petaling Jaya. Delivery costs covered by customer.

*Groupon Malaysia will cover delivery costs of replacement/working product to customer. Printed Groupon will be required as proof of purchase. Warranty claims which do not fulfill the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.

I was a little bit frustrated but I could not just throw my money away. Luckily, the process was actually easier than what I had thought. I received another email the next morning stated that they had arranged the replacement and I would receive my product within 7 working days. I was surprised at how quickly they responded. I made the claim on 6 November and I got the replacement on 9 November, in just three days. I am really very satisfied with Groupon customer service and I have no complaints. Of course, the replacement is brand new and I did not made any extra payment. Groupon covered the delivery costs of replacement. Now, I have two Digital Body Composition Scales at home. Wondering whether the first one can be repaired or not as they did not collect it back.

      That day I bought a Kenwood Ice Cream Maker IM280 on Groupon for RM199 but the paddle could not be fit into the power unit. I had to send to Kenwood Service Centre for repairing. It’s a faulty brand new ice cream maker. I lose confidence in Groupon. They did not check the products before they send out.

    I order an iPhone 6 from Groupon (under I Distribution M SDN BHD), but I never received my order item even after the allowable delivery period. Wrote more than 10 emails to Groupon and call more than 10 times to Groupon, yet they asked to wait for another 3 to 5 working days, after 5 workings days I called up Groupon I was told to wait for 3 to 5 working days again, now my bank is asking me to pay yet I havent even receive my expensive item!. It is more than RM3000! Will Groupon or the merchant under GROUPON cheat the customer? Is GROUPON an trustworthy online shopping? Obviously, the customer service is poor and I will never do my online shopping with GROUPON anymore. A VERY LOUSY SERVICE! I am still waiting for their news! Pray hard GROUPON will refund me the money as I am only a student!

      I didn’t buy on Groupon anymore. I think Groupon is good for discount voucher but not for expensive products. From my experience, I received defected product twice from purchasing through Groupon. A body scale and an Ice Cream Maker. Although they have warranty but I lost confidence in Groupon. Nowaways, I usually buy on Lazada. They provide cash on delivery service. I hope Groupon refunds you.

    Im disappointed and frustrated with their support team and their android app. My gift code did not reflect to the total amount. I keep on calling them since 9.30am until 11.30am and the line still busy. The sad part was the gift code will be ended today.

    i bought a study table, will send within 7 working days but nothing received after that period infact it prolonged untill now ( about 3 weeks ) still not received. call groupon but they keep on delaying without any trace, vvvv disappointed even though it only cost me about rm 170.

    I’m having a problem to view ‘My Address’ in ‘Account’. I’ve CLICK my name & I can ONLY view (My Groupons, Account, Subscriptions & Sign Out). I need to view & double check ‘My Address’ as ‘My Order’ has been sent to the same ‘Company Name’ but located in a different building.

    I’ve been using the same address all this while and I have no idea on how could this things happened.

    I hope this is my first & last to have this kind of issues.

    I have purchased a deal from Groupon on 13th Oct 2016 and amount is RM 81.00, 2 people : 2.5 hours full body aromatherapy massage & spa package at Lannah Beauty.
    I have received message from Lannah Beauty said that they have problem of renewal shop agreement and request me to cancel my appointment.

    I would like to request Groupon can refund the money (RM 81.00) to me as soon as possible.
