How to make Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
125g strawberries
1 Dole banana
½ cup Natural Yogurt
Method:
Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and cut them into small pieces. Peel the banana and chunk it. Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Voilà! You have a cup of delicious Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie, drink it right away. If you feel it is too thick, add a little milk or water. If compare this to strawberry and apple yogurt smoothie, I prefer the latter.
