2 medium Gold Kiwifruit
1 Dole Banana
½ teaspoon of Honey
½ cup Natural Yogurt


Peel the Banana. Wash and cut the kiwi into half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Put everything in a blender and add 80ml water in then blend all until smooth.
