This honey honeyed Banana Gold Kiwi Yogurt Smoothie Recipe is dedicated to those who hate to eat Kiwi flesh directly because of the chemical reactions such as burning/tingling/swelling tongue and mouth after eating the fruit. Like pineapple, Kiwi is acidic! I read somewhere else that crushing the kiwifruit seeds will make your smoothie bitter, but I don’t think so. A rich source of vitamin C, 2 medium Gold Kiwifruit (150g) contain 3g Dietary Fibre, 158mg Vitamin C, 2.2 mg Vitamin E, 474mg Potassium and 51µg Folate.

2 medium Gold Kiwifruit
1 Dole Banana
½ teaspoon of Honey
½ cup Natural Yogurt
Method:
Peel the Banana. Wash and cut the kiwi into half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Put everything in a blender and add 80ml water in then blend all until smooth. You’ll get about 500ml Banana Gold Kiwi Yogurt Smoothie. Gold Kiwi is slightly sweeter than the Green Kiwi, but more effective in nourishing intestines and promotes bowel movement.
