Korean Seasoned Spinach

Ingredients:

Water
300g spinach
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, roasted
2 teaspoon green onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced

Method:

1. Cut off the roots of the spinach. Separate the leaves and stems.
2. Wash thoroughly until there is no sand in the water.
3. Boil a large pot of water. Put the spinach in the boiling water and allow them to boil for about another minute or until they turn into bright green color.
4. Drain the cooked spinach with a strainer. Put the spinach in cold water for a few minutes. This will keep the spinach tender, and retain the nutrients.
5. Drain and gently squeeze the spinach dry with your hands. Put the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, add spinach and mix well. Done.
