Coconut Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

200ml water
100g sugar
200ml whipping cream
500ml fresh coconut milk (2 coconuts)

Method:

Bring the water to a boil, add sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Place the pot in cold water and stir until cool. Transfer it to a bigger plastic or stainless steel bowl. Add coconut milk, whipping cream and stir until everything combined. Cover it with plastic wrap and keep in the freezer for 4 hours. Then, use an electric beater beat it until sticky and creamy, cover it with plastic wrap and put back to the freezer for another 4 hours. Repeat 2 to 3 times until the ice cream has thickened. Freeze overnight. The next day, again, beat it with an electric beater. Transfer it to a container and keep in the freezer for another 2 hours. Enjoy your Mouth-watering 100% Handmade Homemade Coconut Ice Cream! Sprinkle some peanuts on it, both go well together.
