Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

500g fresh strawberries
100g sugar
150ml condensed milk
400ml whipping cream

Method:

1. Wash the strawberries, wipe, remove the stem and cut into small pieces.
2. Place the strawberries in a food processor and process until pureed.
3. Transfer it to a bigger plastic or stainless steel bowl.
4. Add condensed milk, sugar, whipping cream and stir until everything mixed well.
5. Cover it with plastic wrap and keep in the freezer for 4 hours or until 50% harden.
6. Beat it with an electric beater until sticky and creamy, cover it with plastic wrap and put it back to the freezer for another 4 hours.
7. Then take it out from the freezer and beat again until the ice cream has thickened. Freeze overnight.
8. The next day, beat it again with an electric beater.
9. Transfer it to an airtight container and keep in the freezer for another few hours.
10. Enjoy your Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream.

Tips:
