How to cook Papaya Jujube Lotus Seed Soup
Ingredients:
½ Papaya
15 Dried jujubes
20 Dried lotus seeds
Method:
Soak lotus seeds in hot water for a while and remove the husks and core. Cut papaya into cubes. Bring water to a boil. Add jujubes, lotus seeds and cook for 20 minutes. Add papaya and simmer until soft. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
