Ingredients:
Soya bean 100g
Water 600 – 800 ml
Preparations:
1. Soak the soya beans for 8 – 10 hours.
2. Put the soaked beans into the filter and fill in water. Press the soaked bean button to start.
Five Beans Soya Milk
Ingredients:
Soya bean 30g
Black bean 30g
Red bean 20g
Green bean 10g
Peanut 10g
Water 600 – 800 ml
Preparations:

Ingredients:
Black bean 70g
Black sesame seed 10g
Peanut 20g
Water 600 – 800 ml
Preparations:
1. Soak the black beans and peanuts for 8 – 10 hours.

Lily Bulb & Lotus Seed Soya Milk
Ingredients:
Soya bean 50g
Lotus seed 20g
Lily Bulb 20g
Tremella mushroom (white fungus) 10g
Water 600 – 800 ml
Preparations:
1. Soak the soya beans for 8 – 10 hours.
2. Soak the lily bulbs and lotus seeds in boiled water until soften.
3. Wash the tremella mushrooms, then soak in warm water until soften. Peel the soaked mushrooms into small pieces.
4. Put all ingredients into filter and fill in water. Press the soaked bean button to start.
Green Bean Milk
Ingredients:
Green bean 100g
Water 600 – 800 ml
Preparations:
1. Soak the green beans for 8 – 10 hours.
2. Put the soaked beans into the filter and fill in water. Press soaked bean button to start.
Soya Bean Residue (Okara)
Soya Fried Egg
Ingredients:
Soya bean residue
Ginger (finely chopped)
Spring onions (chopped)
2 Eggs (whisked)
Salt and oil
Preparations:
1. Heat oil in wok.
2. Stir fried the ginger, spring onion and soya bean residue for a while.
3. Add in eggs and salt then continue to stir fry for 3 – 5 minutes and serve hot.
Soya Bean Pan Cake
Ingredients:
Soya bean residue
Spring onion (chopped)
3 eggs
Salt and oil
Preparations:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except oil) and stir well.
2. Heat oil in wok.
3. Drop the batter into wok, fry both sides till they turn golden brown and serve hot.
