Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Here’s my secret Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe. There is no better pairing for a healthy smoothie than apple, strawberry, goat’s milk and yogurt. My 61st years old mum loves yogurt. This is the first fresh fruit yogurt that I make for her. Aside from the way strawberry and apple flavors blend, this yogurt smoothie deliver heart-healthy nutrients. I used Goat’s milk in this recipe. I heard that Goat’s milk is similar to human milk. It is more easily digestible and less allergenic. You can substitute it with cow’s milk.

How to make Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients

4 to 6 medium-sized strawberries
1 Fuji Apple
200g Natural Yogurt
100 ml Goat’s milk

Method:

Wash the strawberries and apple. Cut both into small pieces and put into a blender. Add in yogurt immediately to keep the apple from turning brown. Add milk and blend until smooth. If you like a thicker mixture, add lesser milk. If you like a thinner mixture, add more milk. You will usually get about 500 ml to 750 ml of Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie with the ingredients above; serve two persons.

Helpful Tips:

Strawberries can vary in size. If you use smaller strawberries (Korean strawberries), you may need to put in about 9 to 10 strawberries. I use USA Driscoll’s strawberries which is bigger in size and sweeter in taste. Goat’s milk is a little expensive and hard to find. As I said above, normal cow’s milk can be used to substitute Goat’s milk. You may put any yogurt as long as they are plain natural yogurt. I always buy Farm Fresh Yogurt. It is recommended to use Chinese Fuji apple because this kind of apple is sweeter and crispier. This smoothie is perfect for people who are on diet or who want a healthier breakfast. Everyone in my family like my Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie. I hope you like this sweet, fresh, natural, sandy yogurt smoothie. Have a nice nice nice day.
