Where to eat in Singapore | 313@Somerset Food Court | Soup King – Good soup in Singapore

Check-in the Riverview hotel. What was next? We were very hungry. Where to eat? What to eat? Orchard Road was the only place we knew. It was just a 5-minute drive to Orchard Road from the hotel. Taxi cost SGD $4.40. The driver dropped us at the 313@Somerset shopping mall. The mall was average in sized, a bit crowded but good to shop and dine. Everything there was reasonably priced. The best thing of this place was the food court on top floor.

Soup King

Soup-ilicious. We had Chinese Soup “Buddha Jumps over the Wall” and pumpkin rice as lunch there which I would highly recommend. Keeping the tradition of boiling soup with constant fire, Soup King offers tonic soups that taste like or even better than home-boiled ones. Soups are boiled daily in the wee hours of the morning using fresh ingredients that are delivered to the stall directly. New to the market, Soup King has experienced chefs heading the kitchen to guarantee the best and constant quality of soups. Soup King offers the well-known “Buddha Jumps over the Wall” (滋补极品佛跳墙) and “Ten Tonic Ginseng Chicken Soup” (十全大补人参鸡汤) at affordable prices.
