How to cook Sweet Corn Barley Wolfberry Congee
Ingredients:
150g rice
100g pork loin cutlet
1 sweet corn
20g barley
10g wolfberry
Method:
Soak rice and barley in water for 30 minutes. Use a knife to cut corn kernels off an ear of corn. Remove the thin layer fat of the pork loin cutlet and slice it into small slices. Place the soaked rice and barley into rice cooker and add 3-4 cups water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add a little bit more water if you think it’s too thick for you. Add pork slices, corn kernels and wolfberries. Stir occasionally. Add salt to taste and serve.
