Weight Loss Pork Congee Recipe

How to cook Pork Congee

Pork congee


150g rice
100g pork loin cutlet
20g ginger (minced)
15g green onions
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sesame oil


Use a sharp knife to remove the thin layer fat of the pork loin cutlet and chop it. Add ginger and soy sauce, combine and mix well. Marinate 15 minutes. Wash the rice, place the rice into rice cooker *my rice cooker cooks everything* and add 3-4 cups water. For congee, you have to add twice the portion of water to one portion of rice. Add more water if you like your rice porridge thin. Turn the rice cooker on and bring to boil. Then, add the marinated minced pork immediately and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally, until the congee is smooth and no longer grainy. Sprinkle some green onions on top, and serve!
