It’s Saturday! I’ve learned how to make perfect hard-boiled eggs this morning – no cracking while cooking and the eggs are easier to peel. This was my first time ever making a sandwich!
How to make perfect Hard-boiled Eggs
Put the eggs in a pot, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. As soon as the water starts to boil, turn off the heat and cover the pot for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, take out the eggs with a spoon and place them into a bowl of cold water to cool down the eggs, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
How to make Hard-boiled Egg and Apple sandwich
Ingredients:
2 hard-boiled eggs
½ apple
1 tomato
Some cabbage
Method:
Halve and quarter the apple, remove the core and slice it. Whether to remove the skin of the apple or not is up to you. Soak the apple slices in salt water for a while to keep them from turning brown. Pat them dry with paper towels. Cut tomato and cabbage. Peel the eggs and mash it with a fork. Place mashed eggs, tomato, apple and cabbage on a slice of bread. Place another slice of bread on top, done! Optionally, you may spread a thin layer of butter on the bread before placing the above ingredients.
