I am quite disappointed now. I bought a Digital Body Composition Scale on Groupon but it was not working properly. The scale shows only ‘0.0kg’ when I weigh myself. I have to claim warranty for my order. The scale has 1-month warranty until 8 Dec. So, how to claim warranty on Groupon? First, go to Groupon Help Center and fill in the form there.
You have to provide the following details:
– Name
– Contact number
– Your Groupon user ID
– Your Groupon email address
– Groupon voucher code
– Groupon security code
– What does it hurt?
– What is happening?
– Additional information briefly and concisely
Where do I find my Groupon Code
I was a bit lost because I did not know where to find my Groupon code. Where is my Groupon code? Voucher code? Security code? What is my Groupon ID? I could not find them in my Groupon account. After searching for a while, I found them – clearly stated in the product voucher. Just go to Groupon website, login and look for the voucher of the product that you would like to claim for warranty.
I filed my claim and I have been informed (through email) that my request was received and they will review and get back to me within 2 working days. After a while, I received another email from Groupon Customer Service Representative asking me to provide a video of the defected/faulty parts of the product so that they we can address the issue better and assist me further. I have no choice but to record a video. Then, I got a reply from them telling me that they had escalated this matter to the relevant department to investigate and they will get a resolution and update me accordingly. I wonder how long they would need to address this matter. Let’s wait and see.
