How to make Durian Ice Cream

Ingredients:

350g durian flesh
30g sugar
300ml milk
200ml whipping cream

Method:

1. Remove the Durian seeds.
2. Blend the Durian flesh, milk and sugar in a blender.
3. Whip the whipping cream until thick.
4. Whisk the Durian puree gradually into the whipped cream.
5. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and keep in freezer for 2 hours.
6. Whisk the mixture to a smooth, even texture.
7. Cover the container again and return to the freezer for another 1 or 2 hours.
8. Repeat the whisking process once or twice more at least, until the ice cream is smooth and nearly even frozen.
9. Transfer it to an airtight container and freeze until frozen.
10. Enjoy your Homemade Durian Ice Cream and no kissing.
