You can also reserve tickets online or by WAP. Self-carried luggage not exceeding 20kg will be delivered to your destination terminal free of charge. Super Class passengers can enjoy a selection of free hot and cold beverages as well as free hot meals at any time. Additional snacks are available for sale. The TurboJET Premier Lounge is located at G02, Shun Tak Centre and at 1/F Departure Hall of Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal. Selected passengers can enjoy free Wi-Fi service as well as food and beverages at the lounge. The Premier Lounge in Shun Tak Centre also provides priority airline check-in for Macau flights, luggage check-in and storage services.

Ticket purchase with Credit Card
1. Select “Ticket Purchase: Credit Cards”
2. Read terms and conditions carefully and press “Agree and Continue”
3. Swipe your credit card at the card slot.
4. Press “Confirm” if the card details shown on the screen are correct.
5. Select voyage and class. Each person can purchase a maximum of 2 sets of round trips tickets. Press “Print ticket” if confirmed.
6. Swipe your credit card again and enter the 3 digit security code at the back of the card and then press “Confirm” to print tickets.

Ticket purchase with TurboJET cards
1. Insert TurboJET Card (Stored Value Card or JETPASS card)
2. Select “Ticket Purchase: TurboJET Cards”
3. Enter password
4. Select voyage and class. Press “Print Ticket” if confirmed.

Purchase of SUPER+ Tickets
1. Select “SUPER+” button
2. Select voyage. Service not available on Saturday or Sunday and only applicable to Super Class. Press “Pay By Credit Card” if details confirmed

5. Check the card information shown on the screen and enter the 3-digit security code at the back. Press “Confirm” to print ticket
6. If pay by TurboJET card, insert the card and enter password. Press “Print Ticket”

2. Collect tickets using credit card.
Swipe your credit card at the card slot and then press “Print Ticket” if information is correct
3. Collect tickets using TurboJET Card.
