This banana cake is quite moist and very easy to make. Try it.
How to make Banana Cake
Ingredients:
125g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
75g butter
60g sugar
3 eggs (lightly beaten)
100g ripe banana
Method:
1. Line a loaf tin with aluminum foil.
2. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs.
3. Mash banana with a fork.
4. Add mashed bananas into the mixture, mix well.
5. Sieve baking powder and the flour into a bowl.
6. Combine 4 and 5.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin.
8. Sprinkle some almond slices on top.
9. Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
