Ingredients

150g bok choy
150g Japanese cucumber
100g carrot
100g snow pea
10g garlic, chopped

Method

Split bok choy in half and rinse clean. Cut Japanese cucumber and carrot into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, lower the fire, add garlic and fry until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add all the ingredients, then stir-fry until everything is cooked. Add salt, soy sauce or oyster sauce to taste, stir to mix well. Dish out onto a plate and serve.
