Stir-Fried Black Fungus with Chives

Ingredients:

50g black fungus
100g fresh mushroom
25g chive
10g garlic, chopped
100g pork loin cutlet

Method:

1. Soak black fungus for about 10 minutes and pinch off all hard bits. Drain and slice finely.
2. Cut the mushroom into small pieces.
3. Slice pork loin cutlet into strips.
4. Heat oil in a pan, lower the fire and fry the garlic until fragrant.
5. Add all the ingredients, then stir-fry until cooked.
6. Add salt or soy sauce to taste, stir to mix well.
7. Dish out onto a plate and serve.
