Ingredients:

100g red bell peppers
100g yellow bell peppers
100g green bell peppers
200g napa cabbage
25g dried shrimp

Method

Use a sharp knife to remove the top and base of the capsicum then stand it upright on the work surface. Cut down the length of the bell peppers to open. Remove the central seeds and membrane. Cut into wedges. Place the capsicum, cut-side up, on a work surface. Cut along the inside to remove the remaining membrane. Then, cut into strips. Wash napa cabbage, drain and slice finely. Heat oil in a pan, lower the fire, add dried shrimp and fry until fragrant. Add all the ingredients, then stir-fry until everything is cooked. Add salt or soy sauce to taste, stir to mix well. Dish out onto a plate and serve.
