How to cook Dried Seaweed Egg Soup
Ingredients:
5 cups water
20g dried seaweed
10g ginger, skin removed
10g scallion/green onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Method:
Wash and soak dried seaweed in a large bowl of water until it is tender. Bring water to a boil. Add ginger, dried seaweed and cook for a while. Add eggs and salt to taste. Sprinkle some green onions on top, serve hot! I love this soup, it’s very easy to cook, I hope you like it.
