Chinese Herbal Tea Sugarcane Lalang Grass Rhizoma Luo Han Guo

Ingredients:

1 Luo Han Guo
50g Lalang Grass Rhizoma
100g dried Sugarcane
80g brown rock sugar
3000ml water

Method:

1. Wash the Luo Han Guo and gently crack it with hands.
2. Rinse Lalang Grass Rhizoma and dried sugarcane briefly to clean.
3. Bring 3000ml of water to a boil. Add Luo Han Guo, Lalang Grass Rhizoma and dried sugarcane and boil for few minutes.
4. Add brown rock sugar.
5. Reduce the heat, cover lid and simmer the drink for about 30 to 45 minutes.
7. The herbal drink will appear blackish in color.
8. Turn off the heat and cover the pot tightly and let it sit awhile. Serve warm.
