How to make Orange Mango Yogurt Smoothie

This smoothie promotes digestion and defecation; prevents constipation and colon cancer; enhances spleen and stomach and anti-ageing etc. Are you ready for a taste of heaven?
Orange Mango Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Sunkist Orange
1 Ripe Mango
½ cup Natural Yogurt

Method:

Cut the orange in half across the middle (not vertical through the stem part) and squeeze it by hand using a plain juicer. You need about 200ml fresh squeezed orange juice. If lesser than 200ml, you may need another orange. How to cut a Mango? It’s slippery and sometimes mushy if it’s too ripe. I hate it! However, since I’m going to make a smoothie, I don’t care whatever it is. I use a knife to remove the skin and cut out the mango flesh in whatever shapes I like and throw away the seed. We need about 100g of ripe mango flesh here. Blend everything and you get 500ml Orange Mango Yogurt Smoothie. Blend, blend, and blend!!! I saw someone called himself a “blender man” on the net. Shall I call myself a blender girl? Ok, it sounds ugly. lol
