How to cook Tofu Bok Choy Soup
Ingredients:
100g tofu
100g bok choy
50g minced pork
20g enokitake mushroom
5g ginger
1 large tomato
Method:
Bring water to a boil. Add ginger. Use a spoon and scoop minced pork spoon by spoon into the boiling water. When the minced pork turns white, add tomato, tofu, enokitake mushroom and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Then, add bok choy and cook for another 5 minutes or until the bok choy leaves turn dark green. Add salt to taste and serve immediately.
